Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these terms and conditions are described below:

"Platform"

3.3 Login Credentials Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. No third party may be given access to the account. If unauthorised access is suspected, the 776bd support team must be notified immediately.

3.4 Single Account Policy

A user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or special privileges will be cancelled.

4.3 Funds Verification

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in the user's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant user's account may be subject to investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Before processing a withdrawal request, the platform may carry out security and identity checks. If verification cannot be completed for any reason, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. Users must correctly select their payment account when withdrawing — funds sent to an incorrect number may not be recoverable.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Please note: Attempting to withdraw the bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
  • Bonus funds may only be used in games and betting sections approved by the platform.
  • Bonus offers not claimed within a specified time limit will be automatically cancelled.
  • If any misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, 776bd reserves the right to cancel any bonus.
  • All promotional offers are valid for a limited time and may change without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular and active members can enjoy the benefits of three VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's overall activity on the platform. The specific benefits for each tier are communicated separately.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet has been finalised it cannot be cancelled — the only exception is in the case of a technical error on the platform. All details must be verified before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a software or connection error, 776bd reserves the right to void or reset that game round. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the original balance.

6.3 Sports Betting

The odds and terms displayed at the time of placing a bet in the sports betting section will apply. The official body's announcement will be considered final in determining the result of any match or event. If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, a separate policy will apply.

6.4 Fair Play Assurance

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Closure

776bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

  • If a breach of any provision of these terms is proven.
  • If an investigation becomes necessary.
  • To comply with instructions from the relevant authorities.
  • If suspicious activity is detected.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the 776bd support team. Before the account is closed, the opportunity will be given to complete all pending transactions and withdraw any eligible balance.

8.3 Balance-Related Matters

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. However, the process of returning the actual deposit (excluding bonuses) to the user's own verified payment account will be followed — provided the nature of the breach and the outcome of the investigation permit it.
